Deputy General Manager

Mr. Göktepe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Finance from University of Ankara and earned a Master of Science degree in Information Technologies from Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul.

Mr. Göktepe began his finance and auditing career in 2001 as a junior auditor and has held several finance and audit positions at Yıldız Holding Group and Moore Stephens CPA & Audit firm till 2010. He later continued his career at OMV Group's Turkish subsidiary-Petrol Ofisi and its headquarters in Austria and has held several increasingly positions globally such as Financial Control Expert, Internal Auditor, Global Senior Auditor and Internal Audit Department Manager till 2017. During his career at OMV Group, he was selected for the talent development program for young potentials to advance his professional and personal skills and trained for 1 year.

Mr. Göktepe joined Türkiye Nükleer Enerji A.Ş. (TÜNAŞ) in April 2017 as the Finance Manager and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2017. In addition, he is in charge of leading Human Resources (HR) and Information Technologies (IT) organizations since September 2021.

At TÜNAŞ, his role includes:

• Leadership of finance & accounting, planning & controlling, IT and HR organization,
• Developing and managing operations of standard operating procedures (SOPs) including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, treasury and bank relations, reporting, accounting, tax, merger and acquisition (M&A) business processes,
• Developing and operations of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, integrated management system (IMS) and internal control system (ICS),
• Developing pre-feasibility, feasibility, business plan, financial model and host government (HGA), shareholder (SHA), power purchase (PPA), implementation, loan, engineering-purchase-construction (EPC) agreements for projects of Trakya/Sinop nuclear power plant (NPP), small modular reactor (SMR), nuclear training center and nuclear industry platform and negotiating those with external national/international stakeholders such as suppliers-banks-states-investors,
• Managing finance/tax sub-projects in due diligence for M&A of an NPP company and developing financial model for buyer side,
• Developing project/enterprise risk database (ERM) and insurance program for the entire life cycle of NPP.

He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
