He was born in Ankara in 1975. He completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara. He graduated from Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1997. He started working as an Assistant State Budget Specialist at the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Budget and Financial Control at the end of 1997. He was appointed as a State Budget Specialist in 2001. He served as the Head of the Investment Services Department between 2008-2018 and the Head of the Economic Services Department between 2016-2018 at the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of Budget and Financial Control. He was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of the Presidency Strategy and Budget Presidency in 2019. He was assigned as the project leader in the Performance-Based Program Budget project in 2019. He was appointed as the Deputy Director General of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget on May 24, 2021. He was appointed as the Director General of the Presidency of Strategy and Budget on June 5, 2021.
